Review: They did a great job. They were right on time, had all the supplies to carefully transport this chest with glass front doors. I wasn’t able to completely clean out my place before they arrived. They did a great job moving my things around in a very tight space. I would definitely recommend them and I would want to work with them the next time I need muscle and transport. They were also good-natured, friendly and polite.

Review: John Paul and Leonel went above and beyond with delivering my items from Living Spaces. They were quick, thorough and careful. They made sure to ask what our preference was for the delivery (outside or inside), what rooms(s) we wanted the pieces in, and they were extremely careful to not touch or hit any walls or doors during the delivery. They very carefully placed the furniture. This is the best experience we’ve had with any moving/lugging company. No complaints and only praises.

Review: Great experience. I requested two string luggs and a pickup, but it was pouring rain. Lugg surprised me with a free upgrade to a big sprinter van. The luggers were friendly, professional, and resourceful as they navigated the heavy sofa through the narrow door and hallway of a multi cornered 106 year old apartment.

Review: They arrived at pickup and destination exactly on time. There was some confusion with pickup times given by the furniture store, and Jamar and Cameron were completely flexible and easy going. The sofa was a bit of a heavy load and the doorway needed to have parts removed to make the delivery more accessible. Jamar was quick to come up with a solution and never seemed stressed.
